Returns Policy

• If we have made a mistake on your order, a full refund will be given, including shipping, once the yarns are returned in their original condition.
• Due to copy write laws, no patterns or books can be returned.
• Returns and exchanges are treated as separate transactions. Once returned items are received, in their original condition, a credit will be issued.
• All Returns must be preapproved. Please include a copy of your Invoice with all returned items.
• Items returned after 20 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge
• Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you use a gift certificate to pay for merchandise that you return later, you will get an account credit to use towards your next purchase. Your refund will be processed and on its way within 2 weeks.

Return of Hand Dyed Yarns: We want you to be happy and understand that purchasing Hand Dyed Yarns can be difficult, depending on how your computer system displays the colors. We make every effort to insure that the colors of the fibers appear the same on the monitor screen. If you are not happy with the Hand Dyed yarn, you may return it within 20 days or receipt providing it is in its original condition. You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All Hand Dyed yarns must have the label attached and cannot be wound into a ball.

Return of Commerical Yarns: You may return yarns, in their original packaging, with all labels attached, within 20 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return of Closeout/Discontinued Yarns: All sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order, so we guarantee the yarns will be of first quality (unless otherwise stated) and free of defects.

Shipping Info
We ship Monday through Friday unless notified. Orders ship the day after the order is placed and orders placed on Saturday will ship on Monday.

• UPS shipping on all orders to addresses within the continental US.
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii can receive special pricing on orders over $150 but those packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
• Orders placed to International destinations will incur shipping charges in accordance with USPS rates.
• Lost Shipments: We can track shipments but insuring that we have the correct shipping information is your responsibility. Please double check all the shipping information when you place your order.
